All Jr George pens feature the ability to "post" the cap onto the pen body for writing and storage convenience. In addition, the barrels of the pen are hand constructed with hand poured resin on top of a cast steam punk design which gives this pen an eloquent and unique look that is sure to make it stand out from the crowd. The pen is a one-of-a-kind, handmade piece, with solid design and weight that make it a pleasure to hold and use every day.
Copper and aluminum tape is hand placed around the pen tube. The blank is then antiqued, and a few unique designs are added to make the pen really look industrial. After this process, real watch parts are then added to the barrel and the finished blank is then cast in resin. When cured the blank is prepared and turned on the lathe to its final shape. The last process that is performed is the polishing which uses both very fine emery paper and a six-stage polishing stage to produce the amazing one-of-a-kind pens. A true work of art that is made just for you.
