Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will be glad to repair any products damaged due to manufacturing issues or replace it at our option.
Due to the uniqueness of custom items we will repair any manufacturing issue but will not be able to replace customized products..
Within 30 days you can return your item in its original packaging and condition for either a refund minus shipping charges or a dollar credit to be applied toward another purchase from 3 Gen Pens. Amount will be the price paid for the item minus any shipping charges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
3 Gen Pens has the option to either repair or replace the pen if notified after 30 days from purchase.
Items that are ordered from this website will be shipped as per the requested/available method. Customer is responsible to pay all shipping, taxes, VAT fees, handling fees and any country specific fees/charges that are required. Customer will be responsible to order the desired products from the website (www.3genpens.com) and provide all required information in order for the item(s) to be shipped.
Primary shipping zone is from 3 Gen Pen Company to all US locations. International shipping is on request and must be approved by 3 Gen Pen Company prior to authorizing the shipment.
To return your product, you should mail your product to 3 Gen Pens at an address provided in the return authorization.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
